Jim Wallace is our Director of Coaching and Player Development and provides valuable guidance to our coaches, team managers and players to help the individual teams and players in the club to grow.

Jim has been coaching in the US now for 12 years, helping teams to win state championships and various tournaments. Jim has worked closely with several high schools in Delaware as well as coaching Delaware ODP. He started playing soccer when he was 5 and played all through high school reaching the level of semi-professional. During his semi-professional years Jim attended college to obtain an H.N.D (Higher National Degree) in sports coaching with sports development.

After his playing career he coached for a professional club, St. Johnstone FC as a development coach before arriving in the US. His coaching qualifications include a Scottish “B” license and up to level 3 of both the Children and Youth age groups. He is the founder of Essential Soccer and trains children of all ages to develop their soccer skills.
